I am Sister Una Breen and having retired from teaching many years ago and from various other works since, I am now a member of the Formation Community in the Novitiate House where I can enjoy what I often dreamed of, namely time to BE. It is surely a Beatitude.
Here I have access to many wonderful spiritual books which take me down old pathways or lead me to new vistas of thought. I also have time to share what I glean with our elderly sisters in the Main House, whose failing eyesight prevents them from dipping into these wells of inspiration.
I have much to learn also from the Novice and other young women on the road to Emmaus. Was it Robert Browning who said: 'Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be?'
